Matthew graduated from Baylor University with a business degree in 2011. He joined Argent Advisors in 2017 after spending time working for an economic research firm and working as a high school teacher. Matthew helps Byron in designing financial plans. He specializes in plans that help clients reduce debt and increase retirement income.

Matthew lives in Ruston, Louisiana with his wife Haven and their miniature schnauzer Scooter. He enjoys reading, playing chess, and traveling.
